Anas Aremeyaw Anas, I heard Attorney-General say on BBC this evening, you are the reason the Nyantakyi case is stalled. Says you are not releasing needed information. I have read other news stories of some lawyers suggesting your evidence cannot criminalise the public officials caught on camera because they were not performing their official duties when they were filmed. Looks like the video evidence you provided is in the words of a Ghanaian Judge who hardly understood the case before him but went on to say we were creating "evidenceless fears". But, the big question is, is video evidence enough in successfuly prosecuting apparent crimes?
