On the 26th of November, 2014, Peacefmonline.com culled an article from Citinewsroom titled "The Nine Arrested Over Ruby Cocaine Saga".

The said article stated that 9 persons had been arrested in connection with the infamous Ruby Nayele cocaine saga and named Mariotto Benard Young, as one of the arrested suspects.

Peacefmonline.com is reliably informed that after series of painstaking underground checks, Mariotto Benard Young was released and cleared of any narcotic offence after thorough investigations undertaken by the Narcotics Control Board (NACOB) in collaboration with the Bureau of National Investigation (BNI).

A letter dated 1st December 2014 from NACOB and signed by Richard Nii Lante Blankson, Deputy Executive Secretary, in the possession of Peacefmonline.com attests to this fact.
