Prez Akufo-Addo Commission's Accra Traffic Management Centre
On Friday, 2nd August, 2019, I commissioned the Accra Traffic Management Centre, located at the Department of Urban Roads, Accra.
The Centre, the first of its kind in the country and in West Africa, will co-ordinate effectively our capital’s traffic light system, so as to guarantee efficient communications within our traffic light system, thereby ensuring a much smarter way of dealing with congestion on our roads.
