Kojo Daquah Helps In Curbing Outbreak Of Flu By Donating Sanitizers To GRASAG-UG

Following the recent outbreak of influenza (flu) on University Of Ghana Campus which the School Health Services has issued a communiqué informing members of the community; highlighting on measures to put in place as part of it efforts to manage the outbreak.

"Students are advised to be careful with their interactions with people they come across."

As a result of this, one of the graduate students at University Of Ghana, Kojo Daquah through his benevolence donated boxes of Hand Sanitizers to the GRASAG executives to be distributed to the students since their health is necessary for academic activities especially as students are preparing for exams in the coming weeks.

Mr. Amankwa, One of the GRASAG Health Committee Members received the hand sanitizers on behalf of GRASAG and the Health committee and stated that, "It is an exciting time to receive this on behalf of GRASAG and that of the health committee. It will go a long way to prevent the influenza outbreak that was reported few weeks ago. It will also prevent other communicable diseases".

“This is a true indication that you are a servant leader and indeed when all things put in place you will lead and serve GRASAG and the students very well…this is a good indication of a visionary person...haven heard of a report and taken some actions, it means that when we have just few of you, this institution will be great"

Mr. Amankwa said the health committee will do their best to distribute the Sanitizers to the Graduate Students and also expressed his gratitude for such a timely intervention by Kojo Danquah.
