Chairman Wontumi Set To Open Wontumi Radio And Wontumi TV Soon
The Ashanti Regional Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Bernard Antwi Boasiako, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi is set to open a radio and television station soon.
BestNewsGH.com cited banners and adverts in strategic locations in Kumasi, the Ashanti Regional capital, advertising the soon to be opened Wontumi Radio and and Wontumi TV.
The banners spotted by BestNewsGH.com in Kumasi had the inscription ‘Wontumi Radio 101.3, Onyame nsa wom’ and ‘Wontumi TV, Onyame nsa wom’.
It is believed that the quest to open the radio and television stations at this point is to help the propagate the policies and programmes of the ruling NPP as the campaign heats up into the 2020 elections.
