Meghan Markle‘s friend Jessica Mulroney has begun plans for Meghan and Prince Harry‘s non-profit organization.
Mulroney, 40, registered the website sussexglobalcharities.com on Feb. 19 through her charity the Shoebox Project Foundation, PEOPLE confirms.
