The Managing Editor of the Insight newspaper, Kwesi Pratt Jnr has recalled how business was bad during the lockdown period in the country.

"We have all been affected by the hardship...the first three days of the lockdown newspaper business went down drastically; you print the newspapers and not even 500 copies are purchased leaving you indebted"

Nonetheless, he feels it is 'better to have life than to go out there and get infected'

Second wave

US health officials have warned that if care is not taken, there would be a second wave of COVID-19 which could be even worse than the first. This warning was due to fresh cases of outbreak which some countries and towns are recording.

Kwesi Pratt who was contributing to a panel discussion on Peace FM morning show 'Kokrokoo' urged Ghanaians to be careful and adhere to measures outlined by government to curb the spread of the virus because according to him, when a second wave occurs in the country, it could be detrimental.

"...but we must also be careful because if there is a second wave as it is being predicted it can be detrimental…the most important thing is for us to have life; preserving life and improving health should be our focus" he implored.
