Effutu Traditional Council Supports National Ambulance Service

The Effutu Traditional Council led by Neenyi Ghartey VII, Omanhen of the Traditional Area, has presented a 32 inches Led Television set, Hisense Refrigerator and a standing Fan to the Effutu office of the National Ambulance Service.

The Council had also in collaboration with the Effutu Municipal Assembly allocated a permanent office to the Service.

At a brief ceremony for the presentation, Neenyi Ghartey underscored the importance of Ambulance Services to quality health care delivery and urged the workers to continue to be committed and selfless in rendering services to people in the Area.

He urged them to take good care of the facility, and the items donated and pledged the Council’s continued support.

Mrs. Alice Aidoo, Effutu Ambulance Director, expressed gratitude to the Council and the Assembly for heeding to its calls for a permanent office.

She indicated that the gesture had boost the morale of the staff to continue to give off their best and promised to keep the facility and the items in good shape.

Mr. Owusu Frimpong-Boachy, Effutu Municipal Coordinating Director, assured that the Assembly will take the maintenance of the facility and also provide some support to ease difficulties in their work.
