A sports firm that seeks to manage sports careers and public image of professional footballers and coaches has been established in Sunyani, the Bono Regional capital.
The FS Management Limited (FSML), according to Mr. Owuraku Nsiah, an Executive Director, seeks to "make the development of players" career from the grassroots to the top level achievable by assisting football talents to make the right choice for their future".

In an interview with the GNA Sports in Sunyani on Thursday, Mr. Nsiah said: "Players in Ghana and Africa will now heave a sigh of relief for the reason that FSML would manage both the sports career and the public image of professional footballers and coaches as well".
"The FSML is managed by Ghanaians, however, our vision is to reach the whole of Africa and our local roots give us insight into how best to meet the needs of the sporting fraternity".
"We seek to offer sports services such as player development, transfer negotiations, contract renewals, legal advice, and a host of other services, thereby avoiding clashes of multiple agents and managers".
Mr. Nsiah indicated players or clients would benefit from managerial services such as relationships with the clubs, sponsors, investors and other third parties, thereby allowing the players to be focused on their career performance.
The firm promises and aspires to become a leading provider of marketing services in the football industry, undertaking consultancy services to companies and clubs as well as professional management of football players’ image rights.
