NPP Bono Regional Secretariat Embark On Project Inspection Tour

The Bono Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Kwame Baffoe popularly called Abronye DC is delighted with the progress of work in various Senior High Schools in the Region.

According him, most of the contractors are living up to expectation ensuring the money paid to them by the government to do the projects is put to good use.

The Bono Regional Secretariat led by Abronye DC is embarking on a three-day inspection tour to Senior High Schools in the Region to assess the progress of the educational projects started by the Akufo-Addo administration.

They inspected projects specifically from 2017 till date and some schools that the Secretariat visited were; Dormaa Senior High School, Salvation Army at Aboabo, Dormaa Vocational Training Institute, Mansen Senior High School at Wamfie, Presby Senior High School at Berekum, Berekum Senior High School, Sacred Hearts Senior High at Nsoatre among others.

Chairman Abronye DC, delivering a speech after the tour, stated; “Akufo-Addo’s administration is providing physical projects that are visible as compared to sometimes ago where projects only existed in green books. These are not ghost projects. These are not imaginary projects but real projects and these will enhance the intake of new students as free education builds up”.

He was in a company of the Regional Secretary, Kofi Ofosu Boateng, Chairman Kusi Boadum Regional Director for Free Senior High School, MCE for Dormaa Central Hon Idrissa Ouattara, MCE for Berekum Hon Kofi Adjei, MCE for Sunyani West, Hon Martin Obeng and Regional executives among  other high-profile personalities.
