Captan Is A True Soldier; Loyal To The Core! - Shatta Wale Tells Why He Retained The Militant

Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale has recently been ranting and raving on his social media platforms about the betrayal of his 'Militants'.

The Militants; Addi Self, Joint 77, Natty Lee and Captan have been understudying their boss to penetrate the music industry but their journey seems to have come to an abrupt end after Shatta Wale announced he sacked them from his label.

Until the recent outburst by Shatta Wale, his Shatta Movement natives and fans were under the impression that all is well in the camp but the boss says the 'Militants' have been exhibiting signs of disloyalty.

Although he sacked all the 'Militants', he however kept Captan and a section of his followers are wondering why he decided Captan should stay.

Shatta Wale, in an exclusive interview with host Akwasi Aboagye on Peace FM's 'Entertainment Review', has offered an explanation why Captan is still in his good books.

Despite Captan's willingness to follow his boss for life, the main reason that has endeared him to Shatta Wale is he (Captan) snitched on the 'Militants'.

According to Shatta Wale's report, the 'Militants' comprising; Addi Self, Joint 77 and Natty Lee including Captan had plotted to stab him in the back and have been badmouthing him in his absence despite all the good works he has done for them.

The SM Boss went at length to reveal how the militants were plotting against him but for Captan who gave him a tipoff, their ploy would have succeeded.

"If I have gotten that time for you guys and [you know] you guys are not appreciating that thing, and you want to gang up against me . . . Captan told me that they have said a lot of bad things about me to my fans abroad and so forth. I'm like they have said a whole lot of things, so Captan came to tell me and I was like Captan, can you tell me this in front of them and he responded yes. And I brought them together and Captan said it in their face the time they were ganging up against me . . . and they were like he is a sellout and Captan reminded them that he (Shatta Wale) is the person who has projected them for Ghanaians to know and accept them.

"I have a contract that they signed themselves that they study me for life. They want to be with me for life. So, how come you'll go and gang up and then start doing all sort of things? They are roaming about saying bad things about me. Sometimes, it hurts me so much that they don't say the good things I have done for them and opportunities I've created for them," he said.
