Ghana's death count has risen to 42 as case count now stands at 9,168, according to the Ghana Health Service (GHS).

Per update on their official website, the number of recoveries has shot to 3,457 from 3,189.

Active cases are now 5,669.

Out of the total cases recorded, 17 are severely ill and 3 critical, on ventilator.

226, 741 tests have so far been conducted.
