The remains of late Kumawood actor Bishop Bernard Nyarko were laid to rest on Saturday at Obosomase in the Eastern Region.
Prior to that was his funeral ceremony which took place at the Lakeside Estate, a suburb of Accra.
The funeral ceremony was attended by a number of Kumawood actors, fans, friends and family who gathered to pay their last respect to the actor.
Some television stations also dedicated their airtime to celebrate the memory of the actor by showing movies Bernard had featured in.
Christiana Awuni, Bill Asamoah, Kalybos, Kwadwo Nkansah, Gloria Sarfo, Abena Ghana, Emelia Brobbey and Kwaku Manu were among the list of the many Kumawood actors who lined up to pay their last respect to their fallen brother.
The late Bernard Nyarko died at age 50 on Saturday, May 2, 2020 while undergoing treatment at the Ridge Hospital. He left behind five children.
