Stop 'Stealing' My "Juicy Policies" – Kofi Akpaloo Warns Mahama

The Liberal Party of Ghana (LPG) flagbearer, Kofi Akpaloo has argued that the fact that the largest opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer is copying his ideas, shows that his promises if elected as President are not “empty”.

According to him, some promises he has made in his just-released manifesto have been stolen by John Dramani Mahama.

Kofi Akpaloo who was live on Facebook to address his supporters warned the former President to desist from the “criminal act” of stealing his “juicy policies” or face his wrath.

“We [LPG] stated clearly in our manifesto build a 10-billion-dollar infrastructure promise. Since 2016, we have been selling to Ghanaians a promise of putting in place an infrastructure fund to help build Ghana,” he said.

Adding that “Now, Mahama who has nothing better to offer Ghanaians is going around with the same promise.”

Mr. Akpaloo however challenged John Mahama to “provide a blueprint of their 10 billion infrastructure promise if indeed the NDC is the originator of the idea.”
