Fake FONKAR Members Named

Political support group Friends of Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings (FONKAR)is accusing presidential staffers Nii Lantey Vanderpuije and Koku Anyidoho of conspiring with some pro-NDC newspaper Editors to cause dissension in the former first ladys support base. FONKAR Spokesperson Dela Coffie alleges the two presidential appointees are sponsoring some impostors to pose as originators of the group. Mr Coffie claims the fake FONKAR members include Stephen Kenneth Nakujah, Richmond Bosompem Ababaio and Richmond Gyabatey who were hosted on Asempa FMs afternoon political program Eko Sii Sen on Tuesday May 17. Mr Coffie and some of his FONKAR members stormed the station during the programme to expose the alleged fraudsters whom he claims are being sponsored by the Castle. He told Citi News, We have intercepted correspondence between Nii Lantey and Koku Anyidohos folks on one hand and those who say they are FONKAR members on the other hand. The other media people involved are the Informer newspaper in which Koku poses as Okyeame and writes a column in that paper, then Raymond Archer and Kobby Fiagbe of the Lens newspaper. "Im daring Nii Lantey and Koku Anyidoho to come and tell me they are not sponsoring these guys to go on the path they are going and Id prove them wrong. They can never break into our front. "The original script that they wrote for these people to go and read was first posted on our hacked website-www.fonkar.org. When we realized that the website had been hacked, we abandoned it. The script in question, which was posted on the hacked and abandoned FONKAR website, according to Dela Coffie, was the same one being read on Asempa FM by the supposed imposters allegedly placed in the group by the Presidential staffers. However, Mr Nii Lantey Vanderpuije, one of the accused, has denied the allegations. He told Citi News I dont have any dealings with anybody in FONKAR, Ive never had any relationship with an original or recent member of FONKAR. As far as I know those people are alien to me. I dont remember dealing with any of the names mentioned in official or private life. "In fact I dont want to have anything to do with them".
