'Even A Witch Will Appreciate Akufo-Addo's Good Works' - Kwamena Duncan

Central Regional Minister, Kwamena Duncan has thrown a challenge to political critics to provide evidence showing any government that has recorded more developmental achievements in its first term of office than the Akufo-Addo administration.

Commending the President for his good works on Peace FM's ''Kokrokoo'', Kwamena Duncan said since assuming power, Nana Akufo-Addo has proven that he is a man of his word by undertaking lots of major infrastructural projects, despite the challenges his government has had to face due to the poor governance of former President John Mahama.

He recounted that the President has ensured an even allocation of the national cake to all Regions of the country.

''He picked sector by sector. He took roads and indeed every Region and if you may every district, one form or the other, road construction is going on . . . The work that the President has done in three and half years is overwhelming. Take the railway sector and tell me which government, in 50 years back and under the Fourth Republic has been keen on improving the railway sector like the Akufo-Addo government, apart from what Dr. Kwame Nkrumah did. Tell me, which government has made a major development in three and half years! Under the leadership of President Akufo-Addo, graduates who were home now have jobs to do and many more social interventions are ongoing to revamp the economy.''

Kwamena Duncan further shaded former President Mahama and his NDC saying "even a witch will appreciate the good works of President Nana Akufo-Addo''.

He urged Ghanaians to give President Nana Akufo-Addo another term to continue his good works.

"The lot of Ghanaians already have made up their mind. They're going to go for round 2 and it is 4 more to do more," he said.
