Ghana's COVID-19 Active Cases Reduce Further To 1,723 With 166 New Cases; 5 New Deaths
Ghana has recorded yet another decrease in its active cases per updates by the Ghana Health Service (GHS).
According to the GHS as of 18th August 2020, the active cases stood at 1,723 from 1,875.
166 new cases have been recorded taking the cumulative figure to 43,260.
The death toll has moved from 256 to 261 and the number of recoveries/discharge is now 41,276.
