A 42-year-old unemployed woman, Hannah Pokuaa, who is blessed with 3 sets of twins and has given birth to a set of triplets - a girl and two boys - is appealing for assistance to enable her foot the medical bills and also cater adequately for the babies.
 
Hannah Pokuaa got married in 1999 and first gave birth to a girl who is now 20 years. After that, she has on three consecutive occasions, given birth to a set of twins in 2003, 2006 and 2009.
 
Then on 5th August 2019, Hannah Pokuaa gave birth to triplets.
 
Life has been difficult for her and the husband in the daily upkeep of the children at Nobekaw, a farming community in the Asunafo South District of Ahafo Region where they reside.
 
Speaking to Success FM and Peace FM's Reporter, Atiewin Mohammed, Hannah Pokuaa said she has gone through two cesarean operations.
 
Feeding and Medical care
 
Hannah Pokuaa said the situation has compelled her husband to offer his mobile phone as collateral for loan to offset settlement of part of the medical bills.
 
"The situation is very bad, our living condition, feeding, hospital bills, babies feeding is so bad. The kids have rejected one my breast and that Breast is even small in size. Now my husband has offered his phone to someone as collateral for a loan amounting to Gh¢300.00 now to settle part of our hospital bills," she said.
 
Hannah Pokuaa, who together with the ten children and her husband, lives in a single dilapidated mud-house, have therefore launched a passionate appeal to individuals, NGOs, and the government to come to their aid.
