National Democratic Congress (NDC) Parliamentary Candidate for the Essikado-Ketan Constituency, Dr. Grace Ayensu Danquah is reported to have allegedly donated faulty medical equipment to a health facility at Kansawrodo.
 
Kansawrodo is located within the Essikado-Ketan Constituency of the Western Region where the Minister of Railways Development, Joe Ghartey, is serving as incumbent Member of Parliament (MP).
 
Dr. Grace Ayensu-Danquah is a General Surgeon and has been in practice for 11-20 years, Kessbenfmonline reported.
 
According to Kessfmonline, she made the donation to the health facility recently but almost all the items include a hospital bed, wheelchair, among others are in a deplorable state. 
 
Some concerned constituents have however, expressed worry about the poor state of the medical equipment – they maintained that the equipment is not fit for its purpose, hence, their call on Dr. Grace Ayensu-Danquah to “come for her borla goods”.
 
". . we cannot fathom why Dr. Ayensu Danquah, a medical practitioner, who is expected to be championing quality healthcare delivery in Ghana, especially within the constituency will deliver damaged equipment to Kansawrodo healthcare . . . it's a demonstration of gross disrespect for the constituents,” they stated.
