The Atiwa East Constituency of the NPP has officially outdoored a 25 member campaign team at Anyinam in the Atiwa East Constituency to canvass for votes for President Akuffo Addo and the member of Parliament for the area, Hon. Abena Osei Asare.
Speaking at the occasion, the MP who double as the Deputy Minister of Finance, Hon.Abena Osei- Asare urged Ghanaians as well as media practioners to desist from politics of insults ahead of the upcoming 2020 polls.
According to her, the 2020 polls will depend on achievements but not insults. The campaign team consist of 25 members who have been assigned to steer the affairs of the campaign in the constituency.
Hon. Abena Osei Asare emphasised that the constituency has benefited immensely from the NPP government hence the need for them to propagate the good works of the government than to engage in insults with other political parties.
The Eastern Regional 2nd Vice Chair of the party, Mr. Twum Barimah Koranteng who led the process on his part urged party members to come together to ensure the party retain power come December 7.
The Constituency Chairman at Atiwa East, Albert Antwi on behalf of the constituency pledge their commitment to working hand in hand to ensure more wins for the party.
