Donald Trump on Sunday paid tribute to late actor Sean Connery calling him a 'great, tough guy' who 'stepped in to help him build his golf course in Scotland'.      

Connery, who shot to international stardom as James Bond and went on to grace the silver screen for four decades, died aged 90 it was announced Saturday.
