Adomako Baafi Reveals Why NPP Lost 33 Seats In Parliament

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) prior to the December 7 election was hopeful of a massive win both parliamentary and presidential.

In the end, however, they had one 'wish' granted; a presidential victory but a slim majority in Parliament.

According to political analysts, most of the electorates voted 'skirt and blouse' based on several reasons including MPs' performance over the years, and that led to the defeat of 33 MPs.

Speaking to this on Peace FM's The Platform programme, a member of the Communication team of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Adomako Baafi gave reasons for the massive defeat on the part of the MPs; including selfishness and sabotage.
