Mark my words, Mahama May Discontinue His Election Petition - Nana B Predicts

NPP National Youth Organizer, Henry Nana Boakye says former President John Dramani Mahama might discontinue his election petition case at the Supreme Court.

According to Nana Boakye, also called Nana B, the legal team of the former President has proven they have nothing to back their claims before court, hence is only in court to appeal to Mr. Mahama's supporters and prepare their minds to accept their defeat.

He made this submission during a panel discussion on Peace FM's Thursday edition of ''Kokrokoo''.

He told host Nana Yaw Kesseh that the lawyers for Mr. Mahama, the petitioner challenging the 2020 Presidential election verdict, are dawdling in court.

He believed the lawyers and their petitioner filed their case without doing due diligence and therefore delaying it despite the timeline assigned to the case.

''Don't be surprised if they even discontinue the court [case] before the court and turn around to say they won't get justice...Mark my words; they could, one day, come to tell us they want to discontinue'' the case, he predicted.
