The benevolent lawmaker urged the women to use the money “wisely” for their various business.

“I know how women suffer in taking care of their family, my mom used to credit things from people, and I know how difficult it was. Please use this money to support your business, pray over it and invest in your business, it is free money, you are not going to pay back.” He noted

Addressing the gathering, the assembly member for Kojo Beedu electoral area, Nana Asante described his MP as a “listening leader” who is Gid sent to the constituency.

"We realized that our community centre was in a deplorable state, I called on some opinion leaders to inform our MP, he gladly agreed to help us, today our dream has become a reality, the centre has been completed and ready for use.” He said

The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Effutu municipality, John B. Nelson also expressed gratitude to Mr Afenyo Markin for not neglecting them.
