On Tuesday 30th March, 2021 , a delegation from the University of Energy and National Resources, Sunyani -Bono Regional led by Prof. Elvis Asare-Bediako , the Vice Chancellor paid a courtesy call on the Director-General of NADMO, Hon. Eric Nana Agyemang-Prempeh.

The University of Energy and Natural Resources which was established to provide leadership and management of energy and natural resources and be a centre of excellence in these critical areas.

At the meeting, a number of mutually beneficial issues including the training of NADMO staff on fire and flood disasters.

It was further discussed that the two(2) institutions work together on an outer space technology which would ensure effective early warning systems for disaster management.
