No Automatic Selection For You... - John Boadu Tells MMDCEs

The General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has urged all MMDCE aspirants to be measured and manage their expectations.

He said the fact that they have applied and gone through vetting does not mean an automatic selection.

Speaking in a one-on-one interaction on Peace FM's The Platform programme, John Boadu said: "a lot of things go into it and so there's no surety that you've worked hard or that you're more deserving than the other so you should be given the position; its a team and so where the coach likes is where you're taken. The decision is in the hands of the President"

"We all should be mindful of the ramifications and manage our expectations, understanding the principle that what unites us as a party must be greater and bigger than the sum of our individual ambitions, differences of birth, wealth, tribal and ethnic affiliations" he added.
