Help Us Keep Everyone Safe - Police

The Ghana Police Service has called on Ghanaians to assist them in keeping everyone safe in the country.

This follows an increasing rate of robberies and other crimes in the country.

The recent one occurred on Monday when armed robbers attacked a bullion van which led to the death of a policeman and a civilian.

Speaking in an interview on Peace FM's morning show 'Kokrokoo', the Director of Public Affairs of the Ghana Police Service, Superintendent Mrs Sheila Kessie Abayie-Buckman urged Ghanaians to help the police by giving intel to stop the activities of criminals and to arrest them.

Meanwhile, a GH¢20,000 bounty has been placed on the heads of the robbers who attacked the bullion van at James Town, Accra.
