President Akufo-Addo is set to address the nation tonight, Sunday 25th July 2021 on measures his administration has put in place to deal with what seems like a third wave of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Tonight’s address which will be the 26th update from the president is scheduled for 8:00 pm.

Meanwhile, the latest update from the Ghana Health Service (GHS) indicates that the country has exceeded 100,000 infections.

As of July 21, 2021, Ghana's cumulative figure was 101,170, out of which 96,255 persons have recovered.

423 new cases have been recorded with 4,094 active cases.

821 deaths have been so far recorded and the Greater Accra and Ashanti Regions continue in number of infections
