In a Facebook post on Sunday, August 8, 2021, the Vice President said: "I joined some national, regional and constituency executives of the NPP to attend the Central Regional TESCON Conference yesterday. It was such an inspiring occasion to see the renewed energies of our young gallant intellectual base poised for grassroots party mobilization. I salute you fellow 'Tesconians.'"
