Why Would She Go Through All This Trauma Just To Tell A Lie? - Kwesi Pratt On Taadi 'Pregnant' Woman

Managing Editor of the Insight newspaper, Kwesi Pratt Jnr. cannot wrap his head over the missing but found Takoradi 'pregnant' woman's kidnapping story.

The victim, Josephine Panyin Mensah, reportedly returned without showing signs of her pregnancy neither did she come back with a baby.

According to the Police Service and Western Regional Minister, Mrs. Panyin Mensah's story is fake stressing there are no medical records to substantiate her claims.

“From their preliminary investigations, NIB suspects that this whole story was fake and that the medical doctor who has even looked at her revealed she wasn’t pregnant. That is the immediate information that we have. The police are still with her,” the Minister stated.

"Medical records at the facility suggest that the lady visited the hospital without pregnancy somewhere in October last year", the Police revealed after interrogating the woman who mentioned the European Hospital in Takoradi was the health facility for her antenatal reviews and assessment.

Like many people, Kwesi Pratt is at a loss as to why the woman would lie about her purported ordeal.

Reacting to the issue on Peace FM's ''Kokrokoo'', Mr. Pratt had some questions that he supposedly seeks answers for.

''Let's just admit what the doctors and Police are saying that the woman wasn't pregnant but if she wasn't pregnant, why did she say she was pregnant? Why did she say this and go through all this traumatic experience?'' he asked.
