Tragedy As Actor Alec Baldwin Accidentally Shoots And Kills A Woman Cinematographer On Set...



Alec Baldwin was photographed sobbing and doubled-over with anguish after accidentally shooting a cinematographer dead on the set of his new movie.

Baldwin, 68, was snapped crying and in obvious distress while chatting on the phone in a parking lot in Santa Fe, New Mexico, close to the set of his western movie Rust.

A second photo captured him doubled over close to a kerb with his hands in his knees and his face seemingly crumpled in pain.

The pictures were taken on Thursday after its director of photography Halyna Hutchins, 42, was killed around 1:50pm local time. 

Writer-director Joel Souza, 48, was also injured when the prop gun was discharged, and is in hospital where his condition remains unknown.

Hutchins was taken to by helicopter to the University of New Mexico Hospital in Santa Fe, where she was pronounced dead. Souza was taken by ambulance to Christus St Vincent Regional Medical Center in Santa Fe, with no further updates on his condition given.
