Taking to his Facebook Wall, the former Municipal Chief Executive of the area and a leading member of the Government Communications Team has given solid indicators as to the readiness of the municipality to receive investors and why he believes Akuapem North is currently the best place for Entrepreneurs to thrive in the country.

Eastern region has been ranked 1st among all 16 regions as the most conducive environment for entrepreneurs to thrive, the Regional Entrepreneurship Freedom Index Report has revealed and the former mayor believes Akuapem North is at the center of the region’s performance.

He went ahead to show an infographics of the various sectors for
Investors and the communities within the municipality to receive these investors.

The Municipality has recently seen the rise of industries moving in with Akro Farms , the biggest Fully automated Poultry farm in West Africa, Shoe Fabriek, a state of the art footwear company, Richie Plantations, a company with speciality in Agric Seedling Production and an oil Palm Processing Plant currently under construction at about 80% Complete.

He was also full of praise for the Eastern Regional Minister Hon. Seth Acheampong for injecting a renewed energy and inspiring the MMDCES in the region in creating the needed enabling environment for entrepreneurship which has started bearing fruits for the region.
