Bottlenecks In Premix Fuel Distribution Will Be a Thing In The Past - Executive Committee Chairman

The Executive Chairman of the National Premix Fuel Committee, Mr. Dennis Percival Quarcoe, has said the committee is composing the new landing beach committees across the country, to ensure the smooth distribution of the premix fuel to the fisher folks.

The National Premix Fuel Committee was established in accordance with L.I 2233 of the National Premix Fuel Committee Regulations, 2016 with mandate to facilitate the procurement and distribution of premix fuel to the fishing communities in the Republic.

According to Mr. Percival Quarcoe, the brouhaha about the premix distribution is as a result of the landing beach committee mostly comprised of people outside the fishing business, hence this newly composed committees will comprise of canoe owners, fishmongers and fishermen to ensure that the premix distribution bottlenecks are eschewed.

Speaking in an interview with Peace FM Pious Baidoo Banson, Mr. Dennis Percival Quarcoe said  it’s his will and desire to share premix fuel to the fisher folks without blemish hence he’s touring the entire country to compose the landing beach committee full of personnel in the fishing business.

He is currently in the Ahanta West and Nzema East to compose the landing Beach Committee

Mr. Dennis Percival Quarcoe vowed to work assiduously to make the fishing work attractive therefore called on the stakeholders in the fishing business to come on board to ensure this vision is achievable.
