Health Advisor to the President, Dr Anthony Nsiah-Asare says the government is doing its possible best to fight the COVID-19 pandemic which has left countries globally shattered.
 
He lauded the Nana Addo-led government approach in its fight against the spread of the virus.
 
Updating Ghanaians on the current situation of the virus which escalated during the Christmas holidays, Dr Anthony Nsiah-Asare said the situation is ‘much better currently.
 
According to him, government's effort to ensure that at least the entire country is vaccinated has helped to curb the widespread of the virus.
 
“Because many people are vaccinated now across the country, cases during the charismas holidays were managed,” he told NEAT FM’s morning show ‘Ghana Montie’.
 
Adding that, “Collectively, we have all done well as a nation to manage the pandemic”.
