Genevieve Nnaji Shares Troubling Post As She Quotes The Quran & Shares Photos of A Prayer Mat, And A Grave

Genevieve Nnaji has shared a troubling post just days after writing about mental health being spiritual.

The actress took to her Instagram Stories to share a clip about death. She also shared a Muslim prayer mat and the Quran, then quoted a text from the Quran.

"This (dunya) is not real," the words on the video clip she shared reads.

In Islam, dunya refers to the temporal world and its earthly concerns and possessions.

"It's just a dream," her post continues.

The video then takes on a desperate note, with words begging people to "wake up".

Towards the end of the clip, we see a gravesite with the words, "Wake up" written in the video.

A text from the Quran is then shared in the video.

"Every soul will taste death," it reads.

"Pray before you are prayed upon."

This comes just days after Genevieve took to Instagram to write that mental health is more spiritual than physical. She then encouraged people to rededicate their lives to the God they serve and get re-baptized.
