Indiscipline Becoming Too Alarming - McDan

The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the McDanGroup of Companies, Dr. Daniel McKorley has bemoaned the high level of indiscipline in the country.

According to him, indiscipline has eaten deep into the fiber of society making “wrongs beginning to sound right.”

He averred that this attitude, does not urger well for the development of the country and hence, there must be a strong and conscious effort on the part of all, especially the youth, to change the narrative.

Daniel McKorley was speaking at the 22nd Graduation ceremony at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

He urged the graduates to pass out with the right attitude in order to save Ghana from sinking.

“We are losing our value with our attitudes. But I am happy to see that you are all graduating today with the right attitude,” he said.

He also urged the graduants to step out there with right attitude so that Ghana will move a step forward and “not a step backwards.”

He said, as people who will take over the positions in industry, commerce, politics, education and all other sectors, they need to exhibit a high sense of discipline in order to elicit optimum performance.

He charged them to inject the right attitude into their worker, by keeping their values since, when integrity levels are low, they are destroying your employee,” Dr. McKorley added.

He said: “I know you all had to overcome many obstacles to reach this milestone in your lives. I offer my congratulations on a job well done. Now, go out into the world with hope, purpose, and passion!”
