a 45-year old farmer and an NPP Polling Station Secretary for Segyemase Funeral Grounds in the Abuakwa South Constituency, Mr. Okyere Sampson has met an untimely mysterious death.

Peace FM's Eastern regional correspondent, Michael Akrofi disclosed that the deceased was in the act of killing a snake at a neigbour's house when he unconsciously fell down and passed away.

Mr. Kwabena Owusu, an NPP Polling Station Coordinator for Segyemase who was an eye witness narrating the incident to Michael Akrofi said the deceased visited his farm yesterday and heard some children shouting and screaming for help.

Upon hearing them, he went to kill the snake but instantly lost consciousness after hitting it and was rushed to Akyem Kyebi Government Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

An autopsy report is yet to be released for the cause of death to be known.
