Hardship In Ghana Extremely Worrying - Pentecostal and Charismatic Council to Gov’t

The Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council has expressed concern about Ghana’s ailing economy which has left many in extreme hardship.
 
The Council in its communique to the government in Accra on Monday, 6th February 2023 following its recent National Conference said the situation now is “presenting an almost existential threat to the poor and vulnerable.”
 
Whiles admitting global economic challenges are partially the problem of Ghana’s distresses – the Council also commend the government for its effort to sustain the situation.
 
The President of the Council, Apostle Eric Nyamekye who signed the seven pages communique said the church is always ready to play its role in nation-building by sharing feedback and using its platforms to educate and create awareness on national issues.
