Premier League Stars Are Snubbed In a List of Football's 10 Most Valuable Players

Kylian Mbappe has been named as the most valuable player in world football - with only two Premier League players making the top ten.

Football Benchmark have compiled a list of the ten most valuable players in the world, with the Paris Saint-Germain and France star topping the list with a market value of £176million.

Erling Haaland is second on the list at £160m after a stunning debut season for Man City in which he has scored 42 goals in 37 games across all competitions.

His Man City team-mate Phil Foden is the only other Premier League player to make the list in fifth at £122m - despite six players making the list back in October.

There is no place on the list for Bukayo Saka, despite his excellent season which has helped put Arsenal in contention to win their first Premier League title in 19 years.
