Police have arrested a 14-year-old boy after gunshots were fired in a luxury Thailand shopping mall, killing at least three people.

The schoolboy opened fire with a Glock 19 handgun inside the Siam Paragon building in the centre of the Thai capital shortly after 4pm local time.
