A MAN has been charged with animal cruelty after a video appeared on Facebook of him apparently eating a live baby RAT. The horrific footage allegedly shows Andy Harris, 31, putting the hairless rodent in his mouth before chewing it and swallowing.
He is then seen washing the animal down by sipping a large drink through a straw.
