Airtel Ghana Launches My Airtel My Offer Personalised Service

Airtel Ghana has launched a new interactive service platform, My Airtel My Offer (MAMO), which enables customers to choose from various Airtel offers that suit their individual needs. The offers that are made to existing customers are based on the customers' past usage,current recharge behavior, and Value Added Service preferences. On dialing 141 (Onefor One), customers can listen to the different offers to select what best suit them. All customers that call into the 141 short code would get to choose from different products and services which reflect their preferred usage patterns. According to the Manager in charge of Acquisition at Airtel Ghana, Jesse Adjapong, the MAMO platform offers Airtel the unique opportunity to interact on a one on one basis with customers by identifying their unique needs and offering it to them. He added that in order to continue offering relevant products and services to customers, product offerings would be changed periodically. Marketing Director at Airtel Ghana, Oare Ojeikere said �My Airtel My Offer� was yet another proof of Airtel�s commitment to introduce to the market, innovative, relevant and customer oriented solutions. �Airtel is focused on bringing to customers, services and products they need. We are moving customers from settling for what is only available to choosing what they really need�, he added.
