Takyi Arhin has labelled the Media Committee of the Ghana FA as �a mockery� and one to reward sycophancy. The veteran football administrator also believes the formation of the committee is a well taught out plan aimed at gagging the media from exposing the massive corruption in Ghana football. �This media committee is a mockery and one just to give job to the boys,� he told Accra-based Great FM. �The massive corruption in Ghana football especially with reference to this Midsea deal is a clear case where a radio station in Accra with all the facts decided to abandon the crusade just because they were given some few dollars. �And when you look at this committee, clearly, it was to reward them but properity will by all means judge all of us.� The 11-member committee which includes prominent media practitioners would be headed by seasoned journalist, Randy Abbey.
