Dome Market Women Confusion Resolved

The Tesano Police command says it has finished deliberations with the market women in the dome market who have demonstrated against their forced eviction. The market women demonstrated on Wednesday in protest at the demolition of their structures, a development the police says arose because of miscommunication between the assembly and the market women. The police met with the leaders of the market women yesterday to deliberate on the confusion that occurred and say the traders have agreed to allow contractors build a new market for them. In an interview with Citi News the Tesano police Commander ACP Emmanuel Bossoh said the leaders of the market women have agreed to talk to their members to allow construction works to begin. We have asked to relocate them into the market and some newly designated place. If they do this the market will stand better because as at now they are selling their wares on the ground and when it rains the whole place becomes muddy, He explained. ACP Bossoh promised that the old market area will be open to them when they place is been renovated.
