Here Comes 2012!!!

With a few hours to go for the end of 2011, preparations for transition into 2012, especially among Charismatic churches, have assumed a very competitive dimension with some mounting huge billboards to advertise their watch-night services. Besides the church services, the drinking spots and tourist centres will be patronised by revellers who will celebrate the crossover to 2012 in grand style. Many others will also use the occasion for sober reflection on what they were able to achieve in 2011 and what 2012 will have in store for them. While for some people resolutions serve as a guide around which ones activities are woven, others consider them as consolation and hope for failed and unachievable plans of the previous year. Yet others do not believe in resolutions because life, they believe is how one makes it. Normally, the resolutions are planned, written and worked towards but many of them end up being mere wishes, as people do not make any effort at achieving them. But whatever be the case, the church services will definitely be characterized by prayers for forgiveness as Christians seek divine forgiveness for their transgressions in 2011. As has always been the practice every year, this 31st night, staff and management of PeaceFM and OkayFM have chosen to worship with other Christians at the Jesus Generation Evangelistic Ministry auditorium which is quite close to the Vodafone Headquarters when heading towards the Kwame Nkrumah Circle. You are assured of an anointing ministration by the General Overseer, Rev. Nana Anyani Boadum to enable you overcome the challenges of 2012. There will also be a prophetic ministration as the Man of God will prophesy concerning the lives of the congregants The service will be live on PeaceFM 104.3, OkayFM 101.7 and HelloFM 101.5 (Kumasi) and also on the internet www.peacefmonline.com. Join us as we usher in the election year, 2012, at the Jesus Generation Evangelistic Ministry. You will be blessed.
