Asamoah Gyan arrived to a thunderous reception in Accra on Thursday afternoon. The injured Al Ain striker was met on arrival by officials from his foundation and a host of fans who brought the VIP Lounge of the Kotoka International Airport to a stand still. Accompanied by his brother, Baffour, Asamoah expressed gratitude for the warm reception received. �I am very happy to be back home and I really want to thank all of you for coming,� Gyan said on arrival. The on loan Sunderland striker will join the rest of his national teammates to travel to South Africa on a pre-Nations Cup training tour on Friday.
