Works has begun on 4.8 kilometer road leading into the Lakeside Estate. The project covers also the Community Eight which was recently launched. The launch of the Lakeside Community 8 Project coincided with the 10th Anniversary celebration of the company. Speaking to newsmen at the commencement of the road project, Prince Joseph Ayiku, Deputy Managing Director (DMD) of Lakeside Estate Limited re-affirmed the company�s resolve to continually provide the country with modern and decent houses that were also affordable with tarred roads. �Lakeside Estate has honoured its promise of providing modern facilities with the launch of its Community 8 project,� he stated. The project, Mr. Ayiku continued would provide decent accommodation in gated communities with modern facilities such as tarred roads, schools, shopping malls, fuel filling stations and provision of all-time security services. �You will all agree with me that everything new, be it a person, organization, service or product needs introduction. It is essential that the world is made aware of its existence," he said, adding that "It is on this premise that we are launching the Lakeside Community 8 developments." The ceremony was attended by the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Adenta, Hon. Nubyl Kakra Vanlare; Mr. Salem Kalmoni, the MD of Japan Motors Trading Company Ltd; Mr. Nouhad Kalmoni, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Silver Star Auto Ltd; Col. (rtd) Timothy Barnes, Managing Director of Lakeside Estate; Mr. Lawrence De-Souza, the Marketing Manager and Mr. Mustapha Mohammed, Public Relations Officer of Lakeside Estate Ltd.
