God Saw NPP Out In 2008 Because Of Their Unscrupulous, Ungodly & Dark Ways - Quashigah

The ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) has conceded that it was God who allowed the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to lose the 2008 elections because the NPPs sins which went so high up into the heavens that he (God) got so infuriated with them and simply drove them out of office, just like he did to the Biblical Saul. National Propaganda Secretary of the NDC, Richard Quashigah asserts that in all his life there has never been a corrupt entity like the NPP. He was reacting to remarks made by Boakye Agyarko, Campaign Manager of the NPP Flagbearer that the 2008 Electoral loss suffered by the NPP has afforded Ghanaians a great opportunity to assess which of the two political parties (the NDC and NPP) can best serve the interest of the country. Addressing a news conference to announce the NPPs first ever National Interdenominational Prayer Session, Mr Agyarko said he was confident Ghanaians assessment of the Mills administration will bring the NPP back to power. God needed to expose the NDC for what they are hypocrites, liars, thieves of the first order. Otherwise how does a president who has declared himself righteous allow such perfidy of taking the nations money to one person? the NPPs Campaign Manager said. However, in a sharp riposte on Xfm 95.1, an Accra-based commercial radio station, though Richard Quashigah acknowledged that it was God who saw to it that the NPP was kicked out of office in 2008, he insists it was for different reasons. It is true that God allowed them (NPP) to lose the elections because they were unscrupulous, ungodly and their ways were ways of darkness. It is true that God brought President Mills to the Ghanaian people in order to bring about peace, oneness, unity and progress. Indeed, if Akuffo Addo were president, like Kofi Koomson said, even he, an NPP man, would not sleep with both eyes closed, he said.
