This paper discovered that that the only outstanding feature that differentiated the two stories was the different passport numbers quoted by the Daily Graphic as belonging to Raymond Amankwah who is serving a 14-year prison term at the Provisional Detention Centre at Caucaia in Brazil for drug trafficking. As yesterdays publication said Amankwah, was arrested with a diplomatic passport with number: D1878450, the earlier publication stated that the same convict was arrested with an ordinary Ghanaian passport with the number H1878450, significantly the contents of the two stories remain the same.
