Expresso gives subscribers free calls on Independence Day

Expresso, a mobile telecommunication service provider, said on Monday it would offer all registered subscribers on its network free calls to mark Ghana�s 55th Independence anniversary. �In the spirit of freedom that comes with independence, Expresso is giving its customers free voice calls on their network on Ghana�s Independence Day March 6,� a release from the company said. The free talk offer will begin from 2300 hours on Monday through to 0500 hours on Wednesday, the company said and urged every active user of 028 number to make the free unlimited on-network calls. Mr Majeed Iddrisu, Head of Territory Management and Distribution, also announced a promotion dubbed: �the Freedom Offer� for new customers who get connected to the network. Under the deal, all new prepaid voice subscribers will get three months free on-network calls in addition to free SMSs and other attractive bonuses. Mr Iddrisu urged Ghanaians to take advantage of the offer to enjoy superior voice quality and other attractive packages, products and services. Mr Freddie Quainoo, an official of Expresso, said existing customers would enjoy more benefits from the repackaged popular service �Dash� in March.
